
The Center for Public Health Education (CPHE) is entering its seventh year focusing on delivering high quality education and training in three main ways:
Public classes on HACCP, Food Safety, Plan Review, Cook & Thurber, Product Security, and NSF/ANSI Standards are held at multiple locations around the United States. The schedule changes often as classes and locations are added-to view the most recent schedule, please look under "Course Schedule."
On-site versions of all CPHE classes can be brought to your company and customized to meet your needs. These custom classes can also be combined to maximize efficiency-for example, an NSF trainer can visit your facility, teach a HACCP Manager course to one group of employees, followed by an NSF Standards course for another group of employees. It's up to you!
The NSF HealthGuard Certified Professional Food Manager training manual is very popular with a wide variety of food service audiences, and is available in both English and Spanish. Also available is the NSF HACCP Training Manual and the HACCP Manual CD, a complete set of templates which can be customized to create a HACCP Planning Manual for your facility.
